Solve a Messenger problem

New features of 4.6 don't function but appeared installed

Summary:
After installing Messenger 4.6, the new features of 4.6 (send to mobile device, viewing profiles, etc.) do not function, yet on the add-on website they appear checked off. This is a known bug, simply download the MSN add-in.
