Windows Messenger replaces Internet and E-Mail shortcuts on Windows XP Start Menu

Step 1:

Right-click the Start Menu and choose properties.
Step 2:
 On the Start Menu tab (opened by default), click the Customize button.
Step 3:
 On the Customize Start Menu window, under the 'Show on Start Menu' group you can change both the Internet and E-mail shortcuts back to the program of your choice.
