Solve a Messenger problem Alerts not showing up at bottom of screen Solve ID: 14 Step 1: Click Start, then click Run. Step 2: Type in "msconfig.exe" and click OK. Step 3: Click the Startup tab, and uncheck trayserver.exe. Then click OK. This should solve your problem. Return to the list of problems.
